Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but any money spent prior to cancellation will not be refunded. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges at our own discretion for eligible digital add-ons, but only for items of equal value. Please contact us if you believe you qualify for an exchange.

Exceptions

• Duplicate payment for the same digital add-on.
• Non-delivery of the purchased digital add-on due to errors on our part.
• Failure to contact us after checkout.

If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to ban users at our own discretion. You may apply for a ban appeal in our Discord, but a successful appeal is not guaranteed. Any purchases made prior to your ban will not be refunded. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but any funds spent on subscriptions before your ban will not be refunded. Additionally, please note that any donation contributions are also non-refundable.
